# Can I Manage Training Requests During an Interview?

## If the interview includes a section for training requests, then the requests made by the employee can be addressed during the interview.

It is necessary for you to be responsible for the meeting in which the training requests block is present. Go to the meeting page where this block is located.

The training requests submitted by the employee, which you have not yet reviewed, will then be visible with two buttons:

- **"Accept"**: the request will then appear with the status "Pending HR validation," as shown in the screenshot below.
- **"Reject"**: the request will appear with the status "Rejected"
