# By what date must I conduct my team's interviews?

## For each interview that appears in your Skillup account, a deadline for signing is specified.

In the **Interviews** section of your Skillup account, you can view all your upcoming and past interviews. Regardless of which column the interview is located in, the deadline for signing is visible at the bottom of the interview card.

This means that before this date, the interview must be prepared and then shared in Skillup, and the face-to-face interview must have been conducted with the relevant colleague. This exchange allows both parties to agree on all the contents of the interview, which then leads to the signatures of both parties in Skillup.

**💡Note:** As you can see in the screenshot above, when the signing deadline has passed, it is no longer visible and a red text appears indicating the number of days elapsed since that date. Those who are behind still have the opportunity to sign the interview as long as the HR department has not closed the interview campaign, so don’t waste time and do it as quickly as possible!
