# Access a Colleague's Profile

## Find the collaborator's information as well as the data from the Skillup modules associated with them.

In your **Manager Space**, click on the **Employees** tab. Use the search bar to easily find the relevant employee, then click on their row in the table to access their complete profile.

Depending on the Skillup modules you have, different tabs will be displayed:

- **Employee Information**: gathers information present in the employee database imported into Skillup or added manually (after clicking the button **"+ Edit Employee Information"**)
- **Training** (if you have the Training module): includes completed training and training requests
- **Interviews** (if you have the Interviews module): allows you to view all completed or ongoing interviews
- **Goals** (if you have the Interviews module): displays all goals created and/or evaluated during the employee's interviews.
- **Skills** (if you have the Skills module): presents the latest skills evaluation conducted
- **Career** (if you have the People Review module): shows the history of the employee's job and salary progression

**💡Note:** In the **Training** and **Interviews** tabs, a **"+ Export"** button at the top right of the screen allows you to download the content of interviews in PDF format, or the list of training sessions. The three dots at the end of each line in the tables provide access to specific information related to the respective training or interview.
